How do I get verified in the app

From the left menu, you will see Verifications & Limits. Level 1 and 2 is email and SMS verification, and level 3 will ask you to upload a govt issued ID, with a selfie of you hold that same ID. It will also ask you for your name and address details. This sets your inwards limit to 100k PHP per month. Level 4 will increase that limit to 400k, and will require you to upload a proof of address, usually a bank statement or utility bill with your name and address on it.

How do I cash in or topup my account

Use the Receive button on the dashboard of the Tagcash Wallet app, and choose from different options, including banks, 7-11, and Bitcoin (This is converted to Pesos at the rate shown when you send Bitcoin to the wallet).

Are my funds secure?

Tagcash Ltd is an Electronic Money Issuer, registered and regulated by the Banco Sentral. By law Tagcash must maintain 1 to 1 ratios of money deposited into the wallet, at banks in the Philippines. This money cannot be used for any other purpose other than cashing out customer wallet balances. All of the systems running on Tagcash, operate from highly secure Amazon AWS servers, which have restricted access to senior personnel only.

What are my options for cashout / withdrawal of my funds?

How do I become a Tagcash Agent?

There is a module inside the Tagcash app in Apps and Services called Agents. You will need to watch a short movie and answer a multiple choice quiz to make sure you understood what was shown in the video and your name will then show in the list of agent.

What should I do if I forgot my TAG ID number or password?

There is a link on the mobile app login screen called "Forgot Password" - This will ask you for your email address and will send an email to confirm you really want to change your password. On confirmation, a new password will be sent to you and you can then use this to login, and then change the password if you want, using the Settings menu.

How do I buy load or pay bills?

THere are 2 ways to do this - First, you can select apps and services and choose the modules to buy load and pay bills and go from there, or within the PHP wallet (click "more" on the top dashboard), there are buttons at the top to do the same.
